Green & Co. was engaged to research, develop, and execute the strategic brand platform for DripX, a next-generation digital growth engine for beverage (CPG) operators, designed to enhance customer engagement through a modern loyalty and digital asset framework.

Scope of Engagement

Our mandate was to create a brand capable of operating at the intersection of consumer packaged goods (CPG), digital loyalty systems, and emerging asset technologies. The engagement included the development of the brand narrative, visual identity, system architecture, and digital presence, culminating in the launch of the platform’s public website at DripX.co.

Research & Strategic Foundation

Green & Co. began with a research phase examining adjacent sectors including:

-Consumer brand growth platforms

-Loyalty and rewards ecosystems

-Fintech and digital engagement infrastructure

-Emerging tokenization and digital asset models

This work helped identify a growing opportunity for brands seeking more meaningful and scalable relationships with their customers beyond traditional points-based rewards programs.

Brand Positioning

Working closely with the Drink Tech leadership team, we defined DripX as a digital engagement and growth platform for modern consumer brands, enabling companies to build deeper customer relationships through a differentiated asset-enabled loyalty layer.

The positioning centers on helping brands move beyond conventional marketing channels by introducing participatory ownership-style incentives and programmable rewards frameworks that can increase retention, advocacy, and long-term brand affinity.

Identity & Brand System

Green & Co. developed a comprehensive brand identity designed for clarity, scalability, and digital-first applications.

Key elements included:

- Logo system and visual mark development

- Color palette and typography standards

- Iconography and interface styling

- Brand voice and messaging guidelines

- Application standards for digital and partner integrations

The visual direction balances the credibility of financial platforms with the energy of modern consumer brands, allowing DripX to communicate both innovation and trust.

Digital Presence

Green & Co. designed and structured the DripX.co website to serve as the brand’s primary digital gateway. The site introduces the platform’s high-level concept, communicates its role as a growth infrastructure for consumer brands, and provides a foundation for partner onboarding and future platform expansion.

Outcome

The completed work delivered a cohesive and scalable brand system that positions DripX as a modern engagement platform for CPG operators, combining brand strategy, identity design, and digital experience into a unified ecosystem.

The result is a platform brand designed to support next-generation loyalty, digital engagement, and tokenized brand participation, while maintaining the flexibility and clarity needed for broad adoption across consumer industries.

Green & Co. was engaged to research, develop, and execute the strategic brand platform for Elysium, a modern venture investment platform designed to expand access to private market opportunities through a curated portfolio of early-growth companies.

Our mandate was to build a brand capable of bridging institutional venture capital principles with a broader class of sophisticated and emerging investors. The engagement included development of the brand narrative, identity system, messaging architecture, and digital presence, culminating in the launch of the platform’s website at ElysiumVentures.fund.

Research & Strategic Foundation

Anchored by the slogan “Venture for All,” the brand communicates a mission centered on opening pathways into the venture asset class through curated opportunities, investor education, and modern platform infrastructure.

The positioning emphasizes three pillars:

Nature of Engagement

Green & Co. was not engaged to originate or develop the Goldie Byrd brand identity. The company’s brand concept, aesthetic direction, and founding vision were established prior to our involvement.

Instead, Green & Co. provided early-stage strategic advisory and in-kind consulting support to assist the founders in navigating the company’s formative stages and preparing the business for market entry and early capital formation.

Elmhurst represents one of the earliest modern success stories in the rapidly expanding plant-based beverage category. The brand was born when entrepreneur and dairy industry veteran Henry Schwartz acquired a breakthrough cold-milling process developed by food scientist Dr. Cheryl Mitchell in 2015. This proprietary technology allows grains, nuts, seeds, and other plant ingredients to be transformed into whole, natural beverage emulsions without the use of gums, emulsifiers, or additives—offering a clean-label alternative to conventional plant-based milks.

Recognizing the transformative potential of this technology, Schwartz sought to build a brand capable of capturing a first-to-market position around ingredient purity, process innovation, and premium design within the emerging plant-based dairy alternative category.

Role of Green & Co. (Garrett Green)

Green & Co. served as an early strategic partner in the formation and commercialization strategy of the Elmhurst brand.

Garrett Green, Founder and Lead Consultant of Green & Co., was retained directly by company ownership as one of the earliest brand and strategy consultants, working closely with—and reporting directly to—leadership throughout the brand’s formative development stages.

In this capacity, Green collaborated with internationally recognized brand strategists Doug Holt and Doug Cameron, becoming part of a broader world-class marketing and product development team assembled to bring the concept to market.

Green’s involvement contributed to the development of the brand foundation, product positioning, and early go-to-market strategy, helping support Elmhurst’s successful national launch and retail expansion.

Today, Elmhurst Milked products are distributed in major retailers across the United States, with estimated annual sales exceeding one million cases.

The name Elmhurst draws inspiration from the historic Elmhurst Dairy, once one of New York City’s oldest and most respected dairy operations and a cherished part of Henry Schwartz’s family legacy. Acclaym Skin was a private consulting project encompassing the development of new package. marketing and brand strategy assets for the Acclaym Skin brand. Here, G&C applied key redesign, tone, and business model development that enabled the client to get into position to enter the 60 billion a year global skincare market with a highly vetted, Direct-to-Consumer strategy.

#getfried Quick-Serve Restaurant

In 2014, competitive amateur golfer and entreprenuer, Chris Covelli, approached us with an idea: a restaurant that serves only french fries, called "Get Fried."   

The name and fun nature of the concept struck us . The market was highly underdeveloped in the States, but seemingly proven abroad in European countries.  With just a name and concept business model, we partnered with Chris and went down the rabbit hole.  Over a year, we worked with Chris developing his brand strategy, business & operational model, store design, end-product,  menu, supply chain, staff, and led the initial round of financing that allowed the concept to commercialize with the first store located in Buffalo, New York.

Within 4 years. #getfried went on to open 15 global units and sold in 2019 to the parent company of East Coast Wings & Grill - America's largest wings restaurant chain franchise.

Karl Pearls

Karl Pearls: a private contract encompassing an American entrepreneur with an affinity for antiques and vintage jewelry.

Karl (last name purposely omitted), approached G&C with an impressive knowledge of the pearl industry, and a small, consistent customer base of buyers of his custom made pearl jewelry.

With no brand or IP assets, public identity, or growth strategy, we saw an opportunity to guide Karl through a formal three month, brand strategy development process accentuating pre-existing assets such as his founder story  and his unique product creation process.

In 2010 we developed a brand for a private client operating in the Tobacco industry. The basis of this project was the client's desire to drive  brand innovation to their existing product portfolio. We initiated this project with market research in order to identity a brand strategy for sign off.  After conducting our research, we presented the concept brand for Mason Tobacco, a value-premium cigarette for application with the TTB.

Pure Energy Drink

In 2005, we pursued an internal investment in the rapidly growing ready-to-drink, energy drink category. Inspired by the success of the new category, as led by RedBull, G&C recognized that consumer segmentation had yet to solidify. With new formulation and packaging technologies being introduced by flavor houses, we saw an opportunity to test a sub-demographic of the larger energy consumer at large - and used this group as the basis for our work.

It began with the name. With its conception, and a strategic acquisition of the "Pure Energy" IP, we furthered development on the foundational assets, designing packaging, select flavor extension, and a positioning strategy underpinned by differentiated brand slogan: 0 sugar. 0 cals. 0 regrets.

Along this path, we established the company's primary and second source supply chain. We commercialized Pure Energy, entering distribution channels in 11 US states in 2010.

Angel Rose Sauce Co.

The most unique brands are ones with the most genuine stories. These stories are often fostered by unique individuals with life-long hobbies or traditions who one day explore the possibility of turning what they love into opportunity.    Take for example, sports psychology professor of Medaille College, Richard Jacob.

We helped Richard develop the Angel Rose brand to commercialize his family's 100 year old Italian sauce recipe. In this process we worked with Richard to develop and protect his name, brand story, package design, recipes, and supply chain. Within a year,  we allowed Richard to get into position to enter the 24 billion US sauce and condiment market.

aquaTHIN Drinks

aquaTHIN  was an internal investment encompassing the development  and marketing of a proprietary weight management formula within the 60 billion global weight loss market.

We addressed packaging strategy through a 'crystal light' drink pack for the form factor. This helped optimize dry merchandising in  grocery, c-store and d-store channels, and promote its on-the-go benefits.   

We established the flavors of Mixed Berry, Peach Mango and Green Tea, and in this process, its supply chain.  

We established its value proposition and content strategy which included but not limited to billboard, print, radio, web and social media.

Tijuana Tea

Tijuana Tea - a private joint venture between G&C and TequilaMe tequila founder,  Neal Williamson. Tijuana Tea is a ready-to-drink fusion of pure agave, extra anejo tequila and sweet southern tea. Developed as a ready-to-drink 'mixto class' tequila beverage, the concoction paid homage to its southern roots, as well as emerging innovations within the premium tequila market. 

We started with a glass, beer style container as the form factor in order to address the usage occasion, and retail channel of the target end-user.  Label extensions were created in black and brown to denote 'original' and 'extra' strength alcohol by volume percentages.  We chose a sun-agave silhouette to resemble a crowning of its origin and category creation.

Smartceuticals

Smartceuticals  - an internal investment made into the development and beta testing of new Vitamin D-centered supplement line designed to address cellular absorption challenges.   Here G&C worked with leading laboratories and medical institutions to conduct a regional product launch of the supplement brand Smart D.   G&C developed the product, formulas, packaging variants, brand assets, donation proceeds platform with leading cancer research institute, and direct-response advertising  campaign, encompassing print and infomercial strategies.

Smart D - 60 Sec Direct Response

LED-O Lighting

Client:  LedsAmerica - US lighting technology company                   

Brand: Led-O

Entrepreneur: Joel Westermarck of Finland

Need: Joel came to us seeking marketing guidance for his LED technology brand, LED-O - one of the lighting industry's first fully finished, A-19 and T8 LED solutions.  

After successfully partnering with suppliers in Asia and creating a world-class management team, Joel contracted G&C to establish commercial beta tests with several US fortune 500 properties as part of its planned entry into the US market. In this process, G&C executed on programs applying key learning that allowed Joel to improve product, sales, and technology processes.

During the commercial testing in the states,  we simultaneously proposed Joel develop the company's consumer retail strategy, using a direct-to-consumer infomercial platform.  In this process, we worked with developing conceptual packaging, TV shopping partners, pricing, web and sell strategies.
